Justin Blanchard

With experience in framing, landscaping and drainage, and specialized expertise in ceramic and porcelain tile installation, Justin brings a well-rounded construction background to the APG team. He has been with APG for nearly a year and a half and currently serves as Site Superintendent.

Once a project enters the construction phase, he oversees on-site coordination and daily site operations. Working closely with trades and project managers, he helps ensure that work is completed according to plan, maintains quality standards, and addresses issues as they arise to support the successful execution of each project. When required, he also assists with installations and tasks that fall between trade scopes.

He is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, coordinating site activities, conducting final unit inspections, and overseeing system start-ups prior to tenant occupancy.
