Phil Drew

Phil serves as Project Manager at APG, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of custom home builds and small multi-residential projects. His responsibilities including managing project budgets and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.

A Red Seal-certified carpenter, registered NRCAN Energy Advisor, and Net Zero Ready trained builder, Phil brings experience from a variety of roles within the construction industry. His background includes hands-on work as a carpenter and foreman, experience in building materials sales, and time spent as a provincial government inspector. This diverse experience provides him with a broad understanding of the industry and allows him to approach projects from the perspective of clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulators
